The Zanussi ZDS2010 is a great value slimline dishwasher, with 9-place settings and a choice of 5 programmes: Bio 50ºC with prerinse, Eat-Load-Run 65ºC, Intensive 70ºC (89 min), Normal Care 65ºC and a rinse and hold cycle.It’s also triple A-rated for energy efficiency, cleaning and drying performance. The 30-minute Quick Wash is ideal if you’re entertaining, as it’s easy to load and load again with plates, pots and pans. There’s also indicators to tell you if you need to top up with rinse aid or salt, a 3-hour time delay and adjustable plate racks.
Zanussi’s Active Drying system encourages the circulation of air through a condensing unit between the roof of the tub and the top of the machine. The steam condenses naturally and is eliminated by evaporation, all within the dishwasher and not into your kitchen.

Disappointing
I have a feeling most of these reviews are written soon after purchase, but this is after nearly a year's use. There is no suggestion in the instruction book that, despite careful scraping of dishes and regular cleaning of filters, the dishes may not be clean because the holes in the spray arm are blocked (I discovered this from a friend). The cleaning instructions do say "remove remaining parts of soil with a thin pointed object". This is impossible! All that can be done is to push the clogging inside the spray arm which I suppose will one day clog up altogether! My previous slimline dishwasher from a different manufacturer never had this problem in 10 years heavy use.

Good value slimline dishwasher
Bought this to replace our previous 45cm Zanussi dishwasher which had lasted 25 years. This one is similarly simple to use, but is quieter than our old model. Redesign of upper shelf gives more room, not so keen on the new design cutlery basket which has a slotted top, but some of our cutlery handles are too wide to fit in the slots, which is inconvenient. Overall very happy, hope it lasts as long as the previous one!

Does the job perfectly, fitted the space. and is very quiet
So I needed a slimline dishwasher, that would fit in the gap available, and would wouldn't make too much disturbance. So from the research I undertook, this product seemed to fit the bill. And it has done just that.

Zanussi dishwasher
Decided on a Zanussi when our last dishwasher broke down at 4 yrs old and couldn't be repaired. Zanussi decision as I have had a Zanussi washing machine for 8 yrs which is still going strong. Dishwasher is quite and easy to stack, washes dishes well and no streaks. So far so good

We had our previous Zanussi dishwasher for 15 years and so far this is better, I would not expect anything else

Never Again!!
This has to be the worst dishwasher I have ever brought; having brought my last 2 over the last 20 years from John Lewis. It appears incapable of finishing a wash circle without the contents coming out wet and not clean despite using manufacturer's recommended dishwasher tablets. Instructions say leave door open? if contents not dry - no!!

Great product!
I had a Zanussi slimline dishwasher before, and didn't realise quite how much I loved having one until it stopped working! This newer model is great - it's easy to use, cleans better, and is so much quieter than my previous one. The time delay feature is really useful too. The only slightly negative comment is that the top rack seems a little restrictive, but it may just be that I'm still getting used to it as it's slightly different to my previous one. All in all, I'm very happy with this product and would def recommend.
