This handsome Zanussi ZOD35561XK built-in double oven has the functionality and capacity to serve a busy family kitchen with ease.

The main oven has an enormous 68L capacity along with a Thermaflow fan to ensure evenly distributed heat. A defrost function allows you to thaw most foods faster than more conventional methods. It is particularly suitable for defrosting delicate frozen foods, such as gateaux or cheesecake.

The top oven provides some useful extra capacity or can be used as a warming area, and houses a variable grill with both a single and double circuit.

Smart and efficient This was purchased as a replacement for my previous Zanussi oven which was around 15 years old. We did not want to re-vamp the kitchen so chose a replacement oven that would fit our existing housing. I find this new version very quiet - in fact you cannot hear the fan unless you open the oven door. I had to check it was on! Cooks well, though I have not made any cakes yet which is the real test! Over all I am happy with the look, interior size and operation of the oven and especially the price compared with similar ovens from other brands. The delivery service from John Lewis was excellent too. 07 October 2012
