Short on cable When I took delivery of my washer it was damaged at the bottom. Brilliant me who delivered it told me to use it order another one the next day. The new washer came 6 days later. Brilliant washer loads of different cycles which I will probably use most of them. The one gripe is the cable is very short. We have our washer in the washroom outside and my husband had to lower the socket so the cable would reach. Zanussi sport another few pence and make the cable longer. Well done to John Lewis as usual first class service. Reason for only 4 stars is the short cable when there is no need for it doesn't cost that much more 01 May 2013

OK but noisy on spin Replacement for an equivalent older model. It works OK, but it is ridiculously noisy on spin. Much noisier than our old Zanussi - a real high-pitch scream. Don't bother paying for installation though. First team made a mess of it and we had to get a second crew out to complete the job. Between the two of them they have manage to rip the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Really disappointed by the whole experience. 11 March 2013

Zanussi My old Zannusi washer finally packed in after at least 15 years service , would highly recommend this company and am delighted with my new one , it has so many program's to choose from . 15 January 2013

Very happy with my purchase It's great, several wash cycles, different times and temperatures. My only criticism being that the default spin is set lower than the maximum for the machine. I get over this by doing a separate spin cycle for every wash as I don't have a tumble dryer and the washing is far too wet if I don't. Great Machine! I hadn't realised how much difference a new washing machine could make to my wash! I had a Zanussi for many years which was always reliable so replaced it with an updated model. Can't sing it's praises enough. 27 November 2012

brilliant washing machine! having read numerous washing machine reviews I decided to stay with Zanussi. ( my previous machine had coped very well with constant family use but had finally given up! ) The choice of programmes is great, its quiet, very easy to use and the results are good. It's everything it says on the packet !! 25 November 2012
