With three cooking compartments and five burners, this cooker gives you the platform to cook multiple dishes simultaneously, cutting down on time wasted waiting for foods to cook before you can start others.
The main cavity provides 73 litres of space and features a fan-assisted cook, a conventional oven, a fan oven, base heat, fanned grilling, a browning element, defrost mode and Rapid Response functionality, giving you a wide range of cooking possibilities. The glide-out grill offers smooth functionality to ensure that you can check on your food as it's grilling in a safer manner. Masterchef Gas Hob
With five burners that are rated to provide optimum heat level to suit your type of pan or style of cooking, you will find an ample amount of options to boil vegetables or pan cook meat simultaneously. The wok cradle is made from enamelled cast iron and securely rests the wok in place so that you can safely stir your dish, it can also be removed effortlessly. There is also a griddle plate that is great for cooking eggs, whilst the grooved plate provides fat drainage.
Reducing the amount of manual cleaning in your oven, the catalytic liners effectively gather grease and dirt so that you don't have to. Once temperatures reach 210C during cooking, the catalytic liners collect any grease or dirt that has made its way to the base of the oven, allowing you to effortlessly remove from the liner, ensuring good performance is maintained.
As well as being highly efficient in performance, the Masterchef XL 90 Dual Fuel Range Cooker is also highly economically efficient, lowering your energy bills. With an A/A rated energy for both oven compartments, you can expect to maintain low energy bills and use less energy than most cookers.
