Amazon Audio
Use your voice to request a song, artist, or genre through streaming services like Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, and more (subscriptions may apply). Using other compatible Echo devices (sold separately) in different rooms, you can link them up for multi-room music, and fill the home with your favourite music, radio, podcasts, and Audible audio-books.

Alexa Skills
Access Alexa’s tens of thousands of skills by simply asking. You can set timers, add items to lists, and create calendar events and reminders to keep you on schedule. Listen to the news, and check the latest sport scores, or the weather. All with just your voice.

Control compatible devices
You can manage other compatible smart home devices using just your voice. So you could switch on the lamp before getting out of bed, dim the lights to watch a film, or adjust the thermostat without leaving the sofa. Other compatible smart devices are sold separately.

Keep in touch
With multiple devices, you can drop in on other rooms throughout the home, or make an announcement to every room with a compatible Echo device. So you can let the family know dinner’s ready or remind the kids that it’s bedtime. Stay in touch with friends and family with compatible devices too, with hands-free calling.

Privacy built-in
It’s built with multiple layers of privacy protection. The Microphone Off button electronically disconnects the microphones, and you have control over voice recordings and can view, hear or delete them whenever you like.
