Great when space is at a premium, this Breeze House creates a focal point in your garden and adds outdoor living space for get-togethers and al fresco dining.

The open sides of this luxury circular gazebo give you uninterrupted views and make getting a daily dose of nature a breeze. The circular pedestal table design gives easy access and added legroom. Together with its freestanding benches, luxury cushions, canvas panels and Cape Reed Thatch roof, this building is a beautiful addition to any garden.

Cape Reed Thatch Roof
A natural solid reed that will age and colour over time. South African Cape Reed has been specially selected for thatch roofing. With a life expectancy of 6-10 years, this traditional African-inspired roofing is long-lasting with a unique-looking finish. The Cape Reed is 100% natural and will colour like traditional thatch.

Canvas Panels
The canvas panel sides provide insulation and protection from rain and snow, allowing you to enjoy your Breeze House all year round, in all weather conditions. Includes four panels, a mix of solid, half clear and full clear panels, so you can benefit from natural light throughout the year. Position in any order in any of the apertures of the Breeze House. Produced from an acrylic canvas material that has been manufactured in Spain from a colour-stable cloth offering high UV resistance and waterproofing. The clear PVC sections allow up to 92% light transmission, offering great protection and providing an unrivalled view of the garden through fabric.

Cushions
Quality collection of high-performance fabric cushions provides comfort and luxury, while being able to withstand the outdoor elements. They match the colour of the canvas panels and are made from marine-quality material so that there's no risk of microbial or fungal growth, staining or water damage to your cushions. With a colourfast guarantee of five years, the cushions are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, waterproof and hand washable at 30°C.

Base Preparation
A level and solid base needs to be in situ, ready to accommodate your Breeze House. The preparation of the base is not included in the cost of the Breeze House. Please check the Base Specification Sheet for the size and thickness of the base required.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation of the Breeze House (to mainland UK only) is included. If located outside of mainland UK, additional charges may apply.
Location Clearance — Please allow as much room as possible around the building for the installers to work during installation. A minimum of 18 inches/46cm is required around the perimeter of the Breeze House. Always make allowance for the roof overhang when you are planning to locate your building within a confined space.
Site Access — Clear access is required to carry the Breeze House components from the delivery vehicle to your prepared base. Please advise if there might be any access restrictions including height restrictions, tight/sharp corners and narrow passageways that will need to be negotiated. This includes archways and garden gates. Buildings being fitted onto raised platforms need to have adequate safety fencing to protect the installers.

Upgrade options available at an additional cost:
Hi-lite Internal Roof Finish — An internal white finish lining board to enhance the appearance of the internal roof. Wipe clean and resistant to bacterial mould. Please purchase this option at the same time as purchasing your Breeze House. The hi-lite internal roof finish can only be installed at the same time as your Breeze House installation. It can't be installed retrospectively.
LED Beam Lighting — An LED lighting strip that is countersunk within the internal ring beam of the Breeze House to light the internal roof. The lighting is operated by a remote kinetic switch. The lighting receiver is Wi-Fi compatible so can be controlled using a smartphone via an app and can be connected to a smart speaker to enable voice control. The LED lighting has a lifespan of 33,000 hours. An electrician will be required to connect to the mains supply and this is not included in the installation of the Breeze House.
Back Cushion Set — Three individual back cushions that attach to the handrail of a Breeze House with rip-tape straps. Available in Green, Grey and Taupe to match the Breeze House bench cushions.

Caring for your Breeze House
Timber — The timber has been treated with a wood preserver. Treat again 12 months after installation and then again, every three years thereafter.
Roof — The thatch on the roof of your building requires no maintenance. It benefits most from being left undisturbed. As with all types of thatch, it's expected to shed reeds over the years. Cape Reed thatch will almost immediately begin to mature and age to a darker, grey colour, whereas Combination thatch keeps its colour longer. Factors such as weather and the positioning of the building in your garden can impact the life expectancy.
Canvas Panels — Designed to withstand even the harshest of marine environments, but take these simple steps to maintain the fabric's appearance. Give the panels a gentle brush to remove any surface dirt to prevent it from becoming ingrained in the weave. You can also hose them down with fresh water, but don't use a jet wash as this damages the strength of the fabric and the waterproofing. For more ingrained dirt or stains, use a warm water and mild soap solution to wash the canvas. Rinse off any soap thoroughly. Never use chlorine or bleach.
Cushions — Wipe fabric frequently with a damp cloth to maintain appearance. Most stains can be removed using warm/cold water and a clean cloth. Stains from products containing oil and grease should be treated with a spirit-based solution. If soap-based cleaners are used, ensure all residue is rinsed from the fabric.
