20.1MP Full-Frame Sensor
Its full-frame CMOS sensor captures 20.1 megapixels of extreme clarity, with dynamic range and excellent low light performance. It’s an ideal working partner for Canon’s RF range of lenses. Driven by the DIGIC X processor, you can achieve just as high detail in low light, up to ISO 102,400.

Lightning-fast autofocus
Dual Pixel CMOS AF II features 6072 selectable AF points covering virtually 100% of the frame. So fast-moving subjects are always kept super-sharp. It’s programmed using deep-learning AI that recognises faces and eyes, even viewed from the side. Perfect for capturing moving people and even animals with rapid-reaction accuracy.

4K Ultra High Definition
Shoot movie footage in true cinematic style with its full frame sensor. Capture 4K video at frame rate 60p, or shoot Full HD footage at up to 120p frame rates for stunning slow motion sequences. The autofocus power of the R6 keeps things sharp and allows for impressive pull-focus transitions.

RF Lens Mount
Its pioneering lens mount places the high performance optics of Canon's RF range of lenses at optimum distance from a full-frame sensor for a step forward in creative photography. It can be used with existing EF-S (with a cropped area) and EF lenses with no loss of performance, when attached to the Mount Adapter EF-EOS R (not included).

High Resolution Viewfinder
