How do I create a wish list?
You can create a wish list by selecting ‘Add to wish list’ on a product page, or creating it from My Account. All you need is an online John Lewis & Partners account.
In the John Lewis & Partners app, you can access your wish lists by tapping on the 'Wish List' icon at any time
How do I edit a wish list?
You can edit your wish list in My Account. You can edit the name, remove products or delete the wish list
How do I share a wish list & who can see it?
A wish list can be shared by email, text message or on social media. Only people with the link can view your list and you can switch sharing on and off when you wish
How do I see who has sent me a gift?
Personalised gift notes can be found on your delivery note. Ask family and friends to mark the order as a gift and fill out a note at checkout so you know who has sent you the item
Do friends and family need a John Lewis & Partners account to buy from a wish list?
No. Anyone can check out as a guest without a John Lewis & Partners online account
Can I put gift cards on my wish list?
Yes, when you create your wish list you can switch the 'gift card' option on. Senders can buy online and then send them by email or post. We recommend friends and family leave a personal note at checkout so that you know who has bought the gift card for you
How do I make a wish list in a John Lewis & Partners shop?
Download the John Lewis & Partners app on your phone and simply scan products in store then add to your wish list. Ask a Partner in our shops who will be happy to help
What are my delivery options?
Each gift can be sent to any address, according to our usual terms. You might prefer to ask friends and family to send gifts to your address, theirs or a Click & Collect location.
Delivery prices for wish list items are the same as our standard delivery options
Are products delivered individually or together?
Your gifts will be delivered separately as your family and friends will purchase from your wish list at different times
How do returns and exchanges work?
Our usual returns policy applies. We recommend you request gifts are delivered directly to your address as the delivery note can be used as proof of purchase for any return or exchange
Do you offer gift wrap online?
While we don't offer a gift wrapping service, a gift message can be added at checkout
What if a product is out of stock?
You can add an 'out of stock' product to a wish list. You can also request to be notified when it's back in stock
Can I add more than one of the same product?
Yes, you can select the quantity you want of each product
