FREE RETURNS VIA CO-OP, BOOTHS AND SHELL

How to return

  1. Use for returning johnlewis.com orders only.  We're sorry that we can't accept returns for items bought at John Lewis & Partners shops.
  2. You can only return your product to a Co-op, Booths or Shell garage that offers our Click & Collect service.
  3. Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note
  4. Remove the Co-op, Booths, Shell label from the front of the delivery note.
    - Attach this to your parcel with your items(s) and delivery note packaged securely inside
    - Only use the label for that particular order
  5. Take the parcel to your local Co-op, Booths or Shell garage (find your nearest branch here)
  6. After handing over the parcel you will receive an email confirmation

LOST YOUR DELIVERY NOTE?

We can only accept returns using the Co-op, Booths or Shell returns label from your delivery note. Please use one of our other methods for returning your order (see our other methods here)

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund will appear in your account within 5 days. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.
