The fig scent combines the fragrance of its fruit and that of the whole tree. It is a reminder of the crisp verdant leaf, bitter stems, the woody bark and the fresh resin of the fruits flesh.

Over thirty-five years ago, the Bamford family began to turn their farmland over to sustainable, organic farming, first in Staffordshire and then in the Cotswolds.
