DC49 is the smallest, lightest and quietest Dyson Ball™ vacuum. It’s also the only cylinder vacuum with a Dyson digital motor. The small size and power density of the Dyson digital motor V4 enable high pick-up across all floors from Dyson’s most compact machine.

DC49 Multi Floor comes with Dyson’s latest turbine head – it has carbon fibre filaments that remove fine dust from hard floors and stiff nylon bristles that remove ground-in dirt from carpets. With Ball™ technology, DC49 manoeuvres easily around obstacles and follows the user with greater control. It has Radial Root Cyclone™ technology with remodelled airflows for maximised suction. And it has been acoustically engineered – noise levels have been reduced and sound quality has been improved throughout the machine.

It has extra tools for specialised cleaning tasks. The Stubborn dirt brush has stiff bristles to remove dried-in dirt. The Flexi crevice tool extends into awkward gaps. And to clean spots and spills from carpets and upholstery, it comes with Dyzolv™ spot cleaner.
