The Tatou ceiling light from Flos boasts a contemporary, striking design that's modelled on the resistance, strength and flexibility of Japanese armour. Its lattice-style profile is crafted from a series of metal holes that, together with its internal diffuser, allows light to filter through for a glowing ambience.

Part of the Tatou family, this exceptional style gets its name from the French for “armadillo,” a tribute to the unassuming animal whose brilliant structure keeps it protected and makes it unique. Like the other pieces in this collection, designer Patricia Urquiola conceptualised this pendant to play on the filtration of light, with remarkable results.
