Harlequin Kanjiro Digital Print Made to Measure Daylight or Blackout Roller Blind, Loganberry

Made according to your requirements our Digital Print range of roller blinds lets you create a blind to fit your personal requirements using well-known branded designs. Kanjiro is an abstract design from Harlequin featuring coloured brushstrokes as if an artist is testing the colour and techniques.

Key features:

Can be installed either inside or outside the window recess, to the wall or ceiling

Can be standard or reverse rolled. Standard gives a close fit to the window, helping eliminate light. Reverse brings the material forward over the roll which conceals it and creates space between the blind and window

Includes a metal chain mechanism which can be attached on the left or right-hand side, without affecting the way the blind is rolled

Supplied with easy-fit universal brackets

Includes safety devices to keep children safe

Blackout or daylight?
Your first choice is whether you'd like a blackout or daylight blind; this blind can be made as either.

A blackout blind eliminates light and gives you 100% privacy making it a good choice for bedrooms as they help you get a good night's sleep, blocking out light pollution as well as the early-rising sun in the spring and summer months. As the blackout lining blocks out sunlight it also helps keep your room cool as well as dark. But in the winter months the 3 layer blackout coating adds an extra layer of insulation, giving the blind thermal properties which aren't found on non-blackout blinds. It protects against both heat loss and heat gain, regulating the temperature of your room so you're kept warm in winter and cool in summer. The final benefit of a blackout blind is that it's moisture-resistant, so is suitable for kitchens and bathrooms.

A daylight blind on the other hand still offers some privacy without blocking out all the light. They're a good option for rooms like the lounge or home office where you just need to stop some of the sun's glare through the day.

Child safety
For safety, we recommend that you move beds, cots and furniture away from any window fitted with a blind that has a side control mechanism, even with a safety device in place.
Your blind will come with a double-breakaway child safety device on the chain. This is designed to come apart when too much pressure is applied. You can simply reconnect the chain should this happen.
If your measurements don't allow for a breakaway chain we'll include a P-clip with your order instead. The clip allows you to safely secure the chain to your wall, which you can see in the above images. If this is the case for your order we'll always call you before fulfilling your order so you're aware.
