How to get John Lewis Broadband
We've made it simple and easy to sign up for John Lewis Broadband, and you can be assured that we'll take care of everything when transferring your broadband and phone service from your current provider. You won't be without your existing broadband service at any time, and you'll also be able to keep your existing phone number.
If you're an existing Waitrose or Greenbee broadband customer, you should already have heard from us about upgrading.
