A sparkling diamond is securely positioned in a 'rub-over' setting, with a luxurious wide bezel in this simple yet eye-catching pendant necklace. A hallmarked 9ct white gold chain runs through a split bail which can be adjusted in length for the perfect fit. The pendant itself is made from 9ct gold, hallmarked in Edinburgh.
Please note that while the diamond is second hand, the setting and chain are new.
The diamond weight is 0.33ct. The original certificate accompanies the pendant, the colour of the diamond is graded as K and the clarity is SI1. The certificate can be viewed online at the GIA website (2215881444).
Diamond graded K Colour falls into the following group:
Faint Colour K-M - The diamonds in this colour range had a slight hint of yellow which could be detected by the naked eye. The yellow tint of these stones makes them a great choice for a yellow gold frame but can also be worn in white gold or platinum frame.
Clarity SI1 which falls into the following group:
Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2)Inclusions are visible under 10x magnification only but not to the naked eye.
