Modern Fitness: Strength with Cardio

The NordicTrack Fusion CST has a cabled resistance and gleaming silver flywheel with SMR (Silent Magnetic Resistance) – there’s no clanking weights or plastic rods. Resistance is auto-adjusted across 20 resistance levels with iFit Coach technology on the machine’s 10”/25.4cm touch screen console.

Handles on three pairs of pulleys are arranged in high, mid and low positions, with an easy shift to the fourth pulley pair for squats. Because the pulleys are preset and resistance is adjusted automatically, you won’t have to waste time positioning the strength machine arms. Strength workouts get a cardio element with the quick transitions, creating Fusion workouts. It’s a breakthrough design that really drives your calorie burn.

Led by expert trainers, iFit Coach gives the first-ever streaming strength workouts with variations of movements, tempos and trainers. LiveCast streams daily classes such as HIIT (high-intensity interval training), True Fusion, Time Crunch, Strength & Power, Lean & Tone and Weight Loss.

The included Bluetooth chest strap shows heart rate data on the tablet console, to target a specific heart rate zone and get you closer to your fitness goals.
