This set has everything you need to start cooking professional-style pizzas outdoors including a large Ooni Pro Pizza Oven and its protective cover. The oven comes with a wood and charcoal burner and this bundle includes a 4.5kg bag of charcoal and a burner for cooking with gas.

The large Ooni Pro outdoor pizza oven can be used with up to three different types of fuel: wood, charcoal or gas. This makes it highly versatile with ample size for cooking large roast meats, fish, vegetables, baking bread and lots more, just like a pro.

Pizza in 60 seconds
Reaching temperatures of 500°C in just 20 minutes, the Ooni Pro will cook a true wood-fired, stone-baked Neapolitan pizza (up to 16-inches in size) in just 60 seconds.

Multi-fuel options
The wood and charcoal burner is included, as standard, for burning regular wood kindling as well as charcoal. Try charcoal to provide the main baseline of heat and just before a pizza goes in, add a little wood for extra flavour. The gas burner is available to buy separately.

Temperature check
The Ooni Pro has two doors, one with a gauge to check the oven's temperature at a glance. Adjust the oven heat using Ooni Pro’s dual airflow control. The Ooni Pro Pizza Door has a 'letterbox' opening to slide pizzas in and out easily. It's fully removable and easy to put in a large piece of meat or bread. Use the broad oven opening and spacious cooking surface to bake and grill with a range of cookware.

Robust design
The oven is ceramic-fibre insulated to retain heat and has a robust 430-grade stainless steel shell and chimney, riveted for strength. The door handle is made of FSC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests. The 15mm-thick cordierite stone baking board ensures excellent heat retention for pizza baking.

Portable oven
The oven is portable and can be easily loaded into the boot of a car then positioned on the top of a table for cooking, using the security loop to secure it to garden furniture. Store it after use, once it's cooled, and considering buying the protective cover, sold separately, to keep it as good as new.
