HELP WITH MY JOHN LEWIS
How often will I get rewards and how does it work?
My John Lewis is our loyalty scheme based on rewards, not points. Instead, members get a range of benefits which are available all year-round, as well as new rewards each month based on how much you shop with us.
Rewards include discounts on your shop and vouchers for treats in our cafes. We give these out based on how often you shop with us. Other benefits include BeautyCycle and FashionCycle, both available exclusively to My John Lewis members.
Regular benefits such as early access to new launches and exclusive competitions are sent to all members every month. We’ll also send you a special reward every year on the anniversary of you joining My John Lewis!
I’ve joined, where can I find my rewards?
In ‘My Account’, go to ‘Rewards & treats’. You’ll see your rewards here. We update them regularly, and we’ll also email you when there’s a new reward.
If you have the app, select ‘Account’ and scroll across to the ‘Rewards’ tab where you’ll see your rewards. You can also switch on notifications to receive alerts when there’s a new reward.
If you can’t see any new rewards, don’t worry. We update and send out new rewards each month, so check back and new rewards will appear soon.
Is a Partnership Card different?
My John Lewis is our loyalty scheme, whereas the Partnership card is a credit card. My John Lewis does not involve credit, and anyone can join as long as you’re at least 18 years' old, have an email address and a valid UK postal address.
Terms and conditions
My John Lewis £50 off when you spend £500 on Home
1. One offer per qualifying transaction can be redeemed and the offer can only be used once. Minimum spend £500.
2. The offer can be redeemed against the following categories and products:Bedding, Cookware, Furniture, Garden Furniture, Haberdashery, Home Accessories, Home Decor, Lighting and Tableware.
Blinds and Curtains; however this excludes all 'made to measure' products.
For the avoidance of doubt, any other products or categories not listed are excluded from this offer. Additional exclusions can be viewed below (Point 12.)
3. This offer starts 00:01 Wednesday 25th October 2023 and will expire 23:59 Tuesday 31st October 2023. Payment must be processed within this timeframe for the voucher to be accepted.
4. To redeem this offer online or in the app use the code MYJLHOME50 when you checkout. You must be logged into your My John Lewis account. If you are not a My John Lewis customer you can create an account for free by going to johnlewis.com/our-services/my-john-lewis.
5. To redeem this offer in-store you must scan your My John Lewis membership card.
6. This offer is not redeemable over the telephone.
7. All products are subject to availability and we will not take pre-payment for items awaiting stock delivery.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other My John Lewis reward, or promo code offer.
9. Age restrictions apply to certain products.
10. The offer value will be apportioned against applicable items and therefore with a refund the offer amount for that item will be deducted. For example, once the threshold of £500 is reached e.g. If 1 product makes up 50% of your total basket value then 50% of the £50 reward (£25) will be redeemed against this product. This reward will be continued to be apportioned across qualifying products in the basket. This will be reflected in any refund for returned items.
11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Exclusions include: Apple products, Jo Malone products, made to measure orders, gift cards (including third party), delivery charges, carrier bags, batteries, John Lewis & Partners Foodhalls, John Lewis & Partners cafes and restaurants, Waitrose/Little Waitrose & Partners, alcohol-related products, hampers, restaurant concessions, Protect Plus services, warranties, installations and repairs, opticians, The Floor Room, Kuoni and Bureau de change. This offer cannot be used at Swindon Outlet.
13. The offer cannot be used on any John Lewis & Partners events, experiences or services John Lewis offers. This includes seasonal experiences for example, personalised Quality Street tins and Quality Street refills.
14. This offer cannot be redeemed on items purchased using Interest Free Credit or Interest Bearing Credit.
15. The £500 spend threshold will be assessed after any other discount has been applied to the basket. This includes Partner discount applied to your order if applicable.

My John Lewis £10/£20 off when you spend £120/£200
1. One voucher per qualifying transaction can be redeemed. Members are able to shop both offers and are allowed to use each offer once.
2. This offer starts 00:01 Wednesday 27th September 2023 and will expire 11:59pm Tuesday 3rd October 2023. Payment must be processed within this timeframe for the voucher to be accepted.

My John Lewis in store Golden Tickets
1. Golden Tickets are available in John Lewis shops (excluding Swindon) during Members’ Week from 27 September 2023 – 3 October 2023.
2. To be eligible for a Golden Ticket you must show and scan your My John Lewis membership card at the till upon making a purchase.
3. One Golden Ticket per My John Lewis member.
4. The Golden Ticket prizes are: 2 x regular size free hot drinks at The Place to Eat, £5 voucher, £5 off £30, £5 off £50, £10 off £50 or a chance to take part in our Members’ Week Spin the Wheel.
5. The 2 x regular size free hot drinks at The Place to Eat voucher must be redeemed in store between 4 – 27 October 2023. The £5 voucher, £5 off £30, £5 off £50 and £10 off £50 must be redeemed in store between 4 – 31 October 2023. Spin the Wheel is available during opening hours on Saturday 30 September 2023 only.

3. Winning Golden Tickets are allocated at random to My John Lewis members who make a qualifying online purchase.
4. The Golden Ticket prize is a £5 voucher. This must be redeemed between 4 – 31 October 2023.
