To get to the shop and New Street Station come into Birmingham city centre from the ring road and turn onto Smallbrook Queensway. At the first set of traffic lights turn left onto Hill Street. There is a NCP car park available with direct access to John Lewis, plus numerous others close to the station.
The shop is directly above Birmingham New Street station which is a hub for rail travel across the UK. Direct trains are available to various cities such as London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Newscastle, Sheffield, Reading, Southampton, Plymouth, Milton Keynes.
There are nearby bus stops on Smallbrook Queensway and Hill St.
