The Panasonic HWT150 is a HDD recorder which can unlock a wealth of great entertainment to the TV screen. Complete with 4K video playback, Freeview Play, TV Anywhere and even access to the Internet, you’ll be able to watch and record entertainment as it suits.

Freeview HD
Freeview is a free television service that delivers over 50 TV Channels, and 24 digital radio channels via a terrestrial TV aerial. You receive these TV/radio signals from your aerial via equipment that has the Freeview digital tuners built inside like TV’s and set top boxes. The Freeview+HD service delivers 10 HD Channels including: BBC One HD, BBC Two HD, ITV 1HD and Channel 4.

Freeview Play
The Panasonic HWT150 features Freeview Play. Combining catch-up TV, on-demand services and live television, watching what you want, when you want, is now easier than ever. It’s free from subscription and is compatible with existing broadband services too. Enjoy an 8-day forward and 7-day backward programme guide, and keep track of your shows from one screen.

Please note: The firmware upgrade that enables Freeview Play scroll back has taken place. By making sure the unit is connected to the internet, it will get the upgrade & any subsequent ones required for additional functionality.

4K Video Playback & Archiving
This player displays the breathtaking realism of the 4K UHD picture (4K source content and 4K compatible TV required). It is a stunning picture of much richer detail and more vibrant colour. Furthermore, with Panasonic’s Long Record feature, you can record up to 341 hours of HD content and even keep track of a show with the series link function. This way, you’ll never miss anything.

4K qualities
Record beautifully detailed 4K content (that’s four time the quality of a high-definition picture) via a USB connection. And view 4K video recorded to an SD card by Panasonic LUMIX cameras and camcorders.

TV Anywhere
When connected to a network, you’ll be able to effortlessly watch TV programmes anywhere you want. The Panasonic HWT150 can send recordings and live TV broadcasts to Smartphones or tablets outside the home, so you can watch TV Anywhere. Please note that BBC iPlayer is not available in this feature.

Smart Ready
The HWT150 is enabled with Wi-Fi so it can access a range of online applications from Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, ITV Player and All 4 to social media like Facebook and Twitter.
