An uncompromising Bridge camera, the Lumix FZ1000 II features a large 1-inch sensor and bright LEICA lens with 16x optical zoom. With 400mm equivalent telephoto zoom, it brings your subject in close with premium image quality. Record movies or stills in stunning 4K resolution. The mark II has been redesigned over the previous model for a more intuitive body design, with touch function added to the rear monitor, and it now features Post Focus and Focus Stacking, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. All of these features combine to make it an ideal camera for rapid-reaction shots of wildlife and the natural world.
LEICA Lens, Large Sensor, Optical Image Stabilisation
Its bright f/2.8-4.0 LEICA lens produces sharp imagery throughout a zoom range of 25mm to 400mm telephoto (35mm equivalent). A large 1” high sensitivity MOS sensor captures 20.1 megapixels of clear detail, with low noise, even at ISO 128000. The incorporated HYBRID O.I.S.+ with 5-axis correction enables blur-free one-handed video recording. It detects and compensates for the camera's 5 types of movement – horizontal, vertical, axis of rotation, vertical rotation and horizontal rotation. The Level Shot Function of the FZ1000 II detects the image's horizontal line and maintains it even if the camera is tilted.
4K Video & 4K Photo
It records stunningly detailed 4K movies, and 4K PHOTO allows you to extract a 3840x2160 8 Megapixel equivalent still image from the 4K footage so you can capture that split-second, spur-of-the-moment still.
The Post Focus feature lets you select the point of focus after you've taken the shot. Or adjust the depth of field after shooting with Focus Stacking.
High speed shooting
Burst shooting can be shot at 12fps in 20.1 Megapixel full resolution.
The FZ1000 II boasts a 2.359K-dot OLED LVF (Live View Finder) that assures stable framing and superb visibility even at high magnification and under strong sunlight. A free-angle 1240K-dot LCD screen also enables artistic framing and enables intuitive touch control and three newly added function buttons for easy access.
Wi-Fi & Bluetooth
With both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth you can connect wirelessly with your smart devices for easy sharing of your work. And the Panasonic Image App (available on iOS and Android) lets you utilise your smart phone or tablet as a controller to zoom, set the focus and shoot from a distance.
