How to use:

Sculpt and fill in lips with the pencil. After defining the lips, use the attached brush to perfect the line. Pair with Femme® Rouge Velvet Crème Lipstick, Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick or Extreme Sheen High Shine Lip Gloss.
