The blades are made from high-carbon stainless steel. They're precision-ground and hand-honed for superior sharpness. Each blade tapers to a sharp, thin edge, with a concave or hollowed-out surface on the blade's flat sides, between the spine and the edge, reducing friction between the blade and food, making it easier to cut through.

The non-stick coating on the blades ensures smooth cutting and extra corrosion resistance. The knives are dishwasher-resistant, but it's recommended to wash them by hand and dry them carefully to keep them in the best condition.
