Saw the display in the store and it looked nice and clean and practical.
Excited to receive the delivery today. However was very disappointed to see the crack on the front panel and the top shelf does not fit properly.
Expected Johon Lewis to have a strignent quality check.

We bought this changing table as we're expecting our first baby very soon. We compared a few, and this one seemed good value for money. Easy to put together.

We didn't need one with the chest of drawers underneath so this changing table suited us perfectly. Our daughter is now almost 6 months old and we are still using it. Easy to assemble, sturdy, simple and matches the JL Rachel cot bed we recently bought. We bought the JL slanted changing mat to fit on top which is does snugly leaving a little room at the end for your nappy wipes, nappy cream and hand sanitizer.

I have been using this product for four month now and it has remained reasonably sturdy and practical. Although days after building this I noticed a crack in the wood next to the small john lewis logo, which has bothered me every day since and I use baskets with it, for storage of nappies and other baby items, which are take on and off everyday, the paintwork quickly started to scuff leaving dark marks which cannot be wiped clean. This product quickly started to look shabby, I would not recommend this product, as I expect it will not last much longer.

I wrote a review when we first got the changing table but now cannot edit it so have to write a new one (originally used the name kirstysussex).
The table looks nice, and is plenty big enough for storing all our nappy changing stuff, as well as bath things and other bits and pieces. It's a pretty decent height and certainly helped save my back and made nappy changing a more comfortable task to perform.
However, my son is now 8 months old and we have used the changing table for most of his nappy changes. The whole table has become very wobbly, the screws are all tight so it looks like it's the wooden pegs that have become loose. In fact the table wobbles around so much that I change my son on it less and less and opt for the much safer floor. I have also noticed that the paint scratches and marks very easily, we use the table a lot - his bath box for instance is taken off and put back on everyday and this has really worn the paint away. For a nursery item that is intended for very frequent, every day use I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I expected it to last the length of my sons babyhood at least, it didn't even make it to 6 months before it started becoming unstable and look tatty.
I would not purchase this item again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Co107 Sturdy practical product.
We bought this product at the last minute before our baby boy was born, thinking that a changer in the downstairs toilet might be handy in addition to the one upstairs in the nursery. As it turns out this is the one that we use most with the upstairs one used only used for through the night changes (or piling clothes on top of, if I'm honest). A solid product, that I've had no concerns about even as baby has reached the kicking legs stage, with more than enough room on both shelves to store anything needed for changing. Delivered on time and easy to build also. You will need to buy a mat to go with it though.

Great table but unfortunatly one of the connecting pegs was missing. Luckily we had other flat pack furniture which meant that we had a spare peg we could use otherwise would have had to return the product.
