Built-in GPS measures your workout accurately whether you're going for a run or a ride, and means you can leave your iPhone at home. Distance, speed and pace are all precisely recorded, and when you get back home you can review your route on your iPhone.

The Heart Rate Sensor continuously measures your heart rate when used with the Workout app, so you can maximise your exercise. Choose from 12 indoor and outdoor workouts, then set your goals and get moving. You can view up to five metrics at once, automatically pause a run, and mark segments. With water resistance to 50 meters you can keep the watch on when swimming in the pool or ocean. Apple Watch Series 2 also takes into account different pushing techniques and terrains for wheelchair users, and features two wheelchair-specific workouts.
