Cooking temperature control
The barbecue has a thermometer built into the lid for keeping an eye on the cooking temperature, and an innovative system to help control it. Control the grill temperature by opening and closing the air vents. To burn hotter keep the vent open, to lower the temperature, partially close it. A patented tray makes it easy to control the temperature by creating more efficient burning and less wasted heat and flare-ups. A side air valve assists for maximum air circulation control for grilling at high temperatures for long periods of time.

Easy to clean
The charcoal tray is easy to access and remove for cleaning. Easily remove leftover ash from your firebox with the convenient clean-out door. The porcelain-enamelled grates are rust-resistant and also easy to clean.

Adjustable grill height
The fire pan has an external crank for individual height settings which allows for an ideal grill control.
