Important: We have now retired our Never Knowingly Undersold policy. As of 23 August 2022, we no longer offer price claims with our competitors.
We can only accept claims if you have already bought the item from us and the price has since been reduced at John Lewis (either online or in-store)
Please ensure that:
- You have your order details to hand
- You bought the item within the last 35 days and you are in receipt of the item
We aim to get back to you within 24 hours
