Fiorelli have teamed up with the British Bee Keepers Association to bring you a range of bags that match their smart style with an important environmental cause. From the sale of every bag, Fiorelli will give £10 to the British Beekeepers Association to help promote the importance of bees in the environment.

Named after one of BBKA's top 10 recommended flowers for attracting bees, the Cosmos is a playful new addition for this season.

Presented in a modern crescent silhouette, the Cosmos is small but perfectly formed, featuring two zipped compartments to help keep your daily essentials secure and organised. The top handle and optional shoulder strap provide multiple carry options for days when you're as busy as bee.

We get approached by a lot of companies and we always say no if it’s not the right fit. We were struck by the fact that Fiorelli bags are PU so we loved the strong environmental and ethical approach. We’re not going to change the world overnight; it’s going to be small things. Ladies are always going to want a nice handbag so if you can tie up something that people have a real need for and are going to buy, but can cause consumers to stop and think about where it’s come from and treasure it, then it’s great because we’ve all got to be more conscious and respectful of the environment. Some people use their old handbags and plant them. You just hook it on a wall, throw some soil in and plant some flowers in it.

The money from each sale is being put towards the apiary and education project which very nicely completes the circle. We want it to be educational so children will have a greater appreciation of how important very small creatures in the environment are and very small changes we can make which don’t really inconvenience any of us. Bees in the environment is now in key stage 2 in the national curriculum, so this collaboration will truly help us make a difference.
