The adjustable V-shaped frame design combines optimized seat positioning, ergonomically sculpted handlebars and narrow pedal spacing to create a more authentic, natural experience. As a result, you’ll experience an ultra-smooth, comfortable ride whether you’re squeezing in a quick workout or charging hard for a new personal best.

Magnetic Resistance System
Just because it's designed like the real thing doesn't mean it hasn't been optimised for indoor use though. The magnetic resistance system offers instant, smooth, precise resistance changes at the push of a button. No awkward gears changes and no moving parts mean it's also quieter and more durable than traditional resistance systems.

FitDisplay Mobile App Compatible
FitDisplay compatibility allows you to connect your smartphone or tablet to the cycle via Bluetooth to provide workout-tracking, competition, virtual journeys and more.

Be coached via the Beat program which coaches you through resistance changes in sync to your favourite music. Virtual Active gives you the chance to explore exotic locales while you ride and Competition and Challenge programs let you race friends and unlock reward points.

You’ll get a variety of target training programs and FitDisplay even remembers your favourites. Which means it records your workout data to help you get started and keep going.

The GR7 also comes compatible with the Zwift™ and Kinomap™ apps to create additional experiences and virtual rides via your device.
