A more relaxed interpretation of the classic striped rug, we designed this floor covering in a tonal design and finished it off with tassels on either end to really create a feeling of relaxation and calm.

With a flat finish making this rug ideal for busy, high-traffic rooms, the materials in this rug have been woven together by hand to create a strong construction.

As this rug is handmade using jute which is a natural material, you can expect slight variations in colour and tone compared to the rug pictured here meaning each one is unique.

• We recommend John Lewis & Partners Rug Hold Underlay. It prevents your rug from moving underfoot and protects against colour transfer to the floor
