Make consistent light and fluffy omelettes in three minutes or less with this omelette maker from OXO Good Grips. It makes two or three egg omelettes, plus vegetables. The cooker folds and locks for steaming vegetables before adding beaten eggs. The open centre enables omelettes to cook flat, as they would in a hob frying pan. The rounded design also helps eliminate overcooked corners. You can then sprinkle with grated cheese before folding your omelette in half to serve.
