Let your Pokémon fantasies become reality with the Poké Ball Plus – your adventures will jump right out of the screen and into the real world, so get ready to catch Pokémon like never before!

What is a Poké Ball?
A Poké Ball is an essential item for any Pokémon Trainer.

A Trainer requires a Poké Ball to help capture any wild Pokémon that they might encounter.

If a Trainer is successful in capturing a Pokémon, the detainee can’t escape the Poké Ball and it then becomes the property of the Trainer. (Okay, this might not sound like typical John Lewis & Partners ethics, but it’s Pokémon, so let’s roll with it.)

Thanks to the Poké Ball, Trainers are able to carry and transport their captured Pokémon around on their adventures and travels.

Poké Ball Plus
The Poké Ball Plus is a Poké Ball-shaped controller that can be used to play Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! in place of your Joy-Con.

Holding the Poké Ball Plus in your hand, you can throw Poké Balls in-game with just a flick of your wrist.

After you catch a Pokémon, your Poké Ball Plus will illuminate and start to rumble – listen up and you’ll hear the Pokémon inside, so it really feels like you actually caught a Pokémon!

With the Poké Ball Plus, you can take a Pokémon with you, as you go about your daily life in the real world.

Use the Poké Ball Plus with Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu!, Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! (both for the Switch console) as well as Pokémon Go (in conjunction with your mobile device).

Helpful hints
Press the joystick and hold it for a second or two to ‘wake up’ the Poké Ball Plus. Shake the device to hear your captured Pokémon. Press down on the joystick to make your Pokémon sleep / go quiet. Press and hold down both the top button and the joystick to activate Silent mode.

Heads up, Trainers
Please be aware of your surroundings when using the Poké Ball Plus – Pokémon get upset when their Trainer falls down a flight of stairs / gets run over, etc.

We highly recommend using the included wrist strap with this device, as destroying your television’s beautiful screen might not go down too well with the rest of your family.
