Royal Selangor Wolf Tankard, 560ml

Created in collaboration with the British Museum this Royal Selangor tankard is based on a pair of early Celtic bronze flagons unearthed in France. The handle takes the form of a wolf standing guard over her cubs with Celtic decorative touches.

In recognition of the collaboration the base of the tankard features both Royal Selangor and British Museum stamps.

Pewter is almost maintenance-free as it does not react with the air to oxidise or tarnish. It can attract dust and dirt, but all that's required is an occasional wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Over time pewter develops a pleasing and subdued patina unique to the metal which is part of the beauty of investing in this material.
