From the Seiko 5 Sports 'Field' collection, this watch was created with an 'in the field’ military design – taking inspiration from a style originally called a ‘trench watch,’ created to be robust and reliable in tough conditions – echoing the Seiko 5 Sports characteristics.

DEDICATED TO PERFECTION The story of Seiko began in 1881, when a 22 year old Entrepreneur, Kintaro Hattori, opened a shop selling clocks in central Tokyo. Just eleven years later, in 1892, he established the ‘Seikosha’ factory and built its first clock, and in 1895, its first pocket watch. Today, after 135 years of innovation, Kintaro Hattori’s company is still dedicated to the perfection that the founder always strove to achieve.
