Treat yourself to a top-of-the-line classic. Iconic design, quality engineering and high-specification features improve and simplify your barbecuing experience.
A great all-rounder, this barbecue benefits from a stainless steel cooking grate and a 57cm diameter cooking area. It features a One-Touch cleaning system with a rust-resistant ash catcher that lifts out for easy ash disposal and cleaning. The Gourmet BBQ System grate allows you to add a number of accessories such as a wok, griddle and sear grate to increase the range of dishes you can cook (accessories available separately).
The hinged lid and bowl are made of porcelain enamel and the locking lid features a built-in thermometer. Cooking with the lid down reduces flare-ups to cook more evenly and thoroughly and it seals in smokey barbecue flavours that are enhanced by the diffuser system.
The Master-Touch is also fitted with crack-proof, all-weather wheels for easy moving.

Hungry for success in the 1950s, George Stephen Snr would soon change the way Americans cooked outdoors. Working at Weber Brothers Metalworks in Chicago, manufacturing marine buoys, he decided to chop a metal buoy in half, add air vents and legs and so created the original kettle barbecue. His lidded barbecue looked like a spaceship but it soon took off when people tasted its grilling results.
With post-war Americans embracing less formal entertaining at home, outdoor covered cooking caught on and not long after setting up on his own, George was able to buy out Weber Brothers. Weber gas and electric barbecues went from strength to strength, especially with the arrival of the Weber Genesis in the 1980s. Weber is now known worldwide for its barbecues, tools, covers and other BBQ accessories.More from Weber
