When choosing an appropriate duvet, tog rating is the first thing that comes to mind. A tog rating from 1.0 to 4.5 is advised during those spring and summer months. But don't forget about the filling, important almost as much as the duvet's rating. A goose down feather filling can be considered a great option. If synthetic materials are preferred, a lightweight synthetic duvet with 4.5 tog rating can work perfectly.
