Instead of using thread, we've used ultrasonic technology to seal the seams of this duvet. This creates a consistent seam with a strong and high quality finish and ensures no loose threads, fraying or bulky joins. It also means that production is faster and we can produce the duvets back-to-back, which reduces the amount of energy required and saves waste from excess thread.
