Because of the holidays, there will be times when deliveries and collections will take a little longer to arrive than usual.

John Lewis and Waitrose shops
FREE ON ORDERS £30 AND OVER
When you select Click & collect from our shops for your order, we’ll always display your earliest collection date at checkout. Over the Christmas holiday this may not always be next day.
Please bear in mind you won’t be able to collect your order on 1 January as our shops will be closed.
Collect+ shops
£3.50 per order
Our Collect+ service resumes from Friday 27 December (order by 8pm Thursday 26 December). Available dates will be displayed at checkout.
Please bear in mind that some Collect+ stores may be closed on 1 January.
