We offer guarantees on all John Lewis cookware, from 5 years on our ANYDAY cookware and up to 20 years on our 5-Ply and Classic cookware.

Guarantees cover you against faulty workmanship and/or material failure. Guarantees do not apply to normal wear and tear, commercial use, misuse or if the product is dropped, and they do not cover stains, discolourations or scratches due to overheating and consequential damage. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Knives guarantees

We offer guarantees on all our John Lewis knives:

• 15-year guarantee included on all our ANYDAY knives in singles, sets and blocks of knives

• 25-year guarantee included on all our Classic knives in singles, sets and blocks of knives

• Lifetime guarantee included on all our Professional knives in singles, sets and blocks of knives
