VAT receipts & refunds
If you order something from us online, we will include the VAT receipt on your order confirmation email.
If you were signed into your online account when you made the purchase, you can also view the VAT receipt online.
Just go to:
My account > Online orders > Order details
The VAT receipt links will be visible at the top of the page. It can take up to 24 hours after an order has been placed for these links to be visible.

We’re sorry that we can’t deduct VAT when charging for goods. If you're a resident in the Channel Islands and qualify for a VAT refund, please contact Customer Services after your goods have been delivered. We'll then credit the amount of VAT charged.
Tax free shopping
In line with UK Government legislation changes, Tax Free Shopping is no longer available in the UK as of 1 January 2021.
