The safety of our customers is very important to us; therefore we'd like to advise you that UPPAbaby has issued a notice for RumbleSeats that were manufactured between September 2014 and November 2016.
Despite passing all tests and meeting all standards, UPPAbaby has received reports about RumbleSeat adapters detaching from strollers that were sold prior to 2017.
As a precaution UPPAbaby is offering a free replacement adapter to any customer who owns a RumbleSeat, manufactured between September 2014 and November 2016, with the new 2017 RumbleSeat adapter.
If you have bought one of these items prior to 2017, please visit the UPPAbaby home page and apply for a replacement adapter under section 'Product Update'.
