The safety of our customers is very important to us, so as a precaution the supplier is recalling KitchenAid 1.7 Litre Electric Kettle as there is a risk the handle of the kettle can, in rare circumstances, separate from the upper attachment points to the kettle’s body and become unstable.
If you have bought one of these since 1st January 2013 from John Lewis or johnlewis.com, please stop using it, and return it to your nearest John Lewis shop as soon as possible for a full refund, or to exchange it for an alternative product if you prefer.

Hotpoint/Indesit fridge freezer - 16 January 2018

As part of the Grenfell Tower enquiry, the Metropolitan Police said on Friday 23 June 2017 that the fire may have started in a Hotpoint fridge, model number FF175BP. Hotpoint is treating this matter with the utmost urgency and is fully co-operating with the Government and emergency services as the circumstances of the fire are being investigated.
