Product name: Peloton Tread
We have been notified of an important safety update by Peloton, concerning the Peloton Tread. We are requesting that customers who own a Peloton Tread, stop using their product immediately and ensure that no one else uses it. In a limited number of Tread models, the touchscreen has become loose and fallen off, posing a risk of injury. Peloton is working with the Office for Product Safety & Standards in relation to this matter and is also developing a repair. Until this repair is available, Peloton members have the following options.
- Full Refund: If you do not wish to wait for a repair and would like to return your Tread for a full refund, you may do so by following the link below.
- Wait for a Free Repair: Peloton is working to make a repair available for you in the coming weeks, free of charge. Until this repair is applied to your Tread, please do not use it.
If you do not wish to repair your Tread free of charge, you may request a return of your Tread for a full refund, by clicking here. You may also call Peloton’s Member Support Team on 0808 169 6469 from 9am. to 7pm GMT Monday to Friday and 9am. to 5:30 pm GMT. on weekends. We appreciate your understanding as we work with Peloton to address this issue.
