If you have bought this item between 15 August 2015 and 11 September 2017 from John Lewis or johnlewis.com, please stop using it, and contact Customer Services on 0345 600 2389 as soon as possible to arrange for the glass top to be collected and a replacement to be delivered, or a full refund.
