Perfect for photography enthusiasts looking for exceptional photo printing and great all-round performance, the Epson Expression Photo XP-970 prints, scans and copies to a high standard. You can print up to A3 size and scan and copy up to A4. It uses six individual inks for high quality colour prints, and features a large LCD touch screen. A range of wireless printing options give you easy convenience, including Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and via the Epson iPrint app on your mobile device. Or you can still print via a wired Ethernet connection. You can print double-sided onto A4, and with dual paper trays you can feed A4 paper and photo paper at the same time, with A4 paper being fed by a speciality in-tray at the rear. Even so, this compact and stylish printer has a small footprint so it'll fit neatly into your set up.
High quality photos
The XP-970 uses six separate ink cartridges of Claria Photo HD Ink to produce smooth tonal gradations, natural blacks and rich, vibrant colours in ultra long-lasting photo prints. It prints at a resolution of up to 5,760 x 1,400 dpi, delivering fine details in photos and clear, easy to read text on documents. Plus, with six individual inks, you'll only have to replace the colour that runs out, saving you money in the long term.
Any device, anywhere
With wireless and mobile printing technology, you can print from almost any device, anywhere in the world. Wi-Fi makes it easy to wirelessly print from your smart device at home with a download of the Epson iPrint app (iOS and Android), while Epson Connect and Apple AirPrint expand your smart printing options. You can also print from PictBridge compatible cameras, directly from Facebook using Epson Creative Print, or from anywhere in the world by emailing photos and documents directly to the printer with Epson Email Print.
Easy set up and control
Connecting to Wi-Fi is simple thanks to the automatic Wi-Fi set-up, while the XP-970 can be controlled either on your computer or on the printer itself. A large 10.9cm touch screen makes for easy operation and navigation between functions, including accessing photos directly from a memory card. It also includes a motorised output tray, and Auto Power On, automatically turning the printer on and opening the control panel and output tray when you start printing.
