Eva Solo's chopping board set consists of 3 chopping boards, in different colour shades, and a space-saving holder. The colour shades allow you to use each board for a specific purpose - for example, one for bread, one for vegetables and one for meat/fish/poultry. The boards are kept separate in the aluminium holder while drying, preventing bacterial contamination.
