For keeping tea or coffee warm when you're on the go, the Thermo cup from Eva Solo does the job.

The double-walled sides keep what's inside warm, but the outside cool, so even though it doesn't have a sleeve it's not too hot to hold.

The lid prevents spills but on top of that, the cup also has a closing function on the back of the lid, so you decide whether it should be open for drinking out of, or closed for keeping any residual drops of drink inside the cup when you're finished. It means you won't end up with drops of coffee in your bag at the end of the day.
