Global NI Series knives have an oriental styling and are manufactured from CROMOVA 18, the finest high carbon stainless steel, which remains razor sharp longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
The Global NI knives have a thicker 2.4mm blade, with a razor sharp finish, sleek design and are lightweight and perfectly balanced. The knives have a longer textured handle, designed for comfort and ease of use. The slicer has a long narrow blade, perfect for slicing all types of meat.
