GreenPan Copenhagen Hard Anodised Ceramic Non-Stick Frying Pan

GreenPan have designed their Copenhagen range with enhanced ceramic non-stick for healthier and easier cooking. Even though it's non-stick, you can use metal utensils with the cookware thanks to its toughened Thermolon™ Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating, enhanced with a layer of diamond crystals, literally rock hard protection for the surface of the pan. The non-stick provides excellent food release and is easy to clean. The quality of the non-stick means you only need a little oil or butter in the pan, making meals healthier. The pan is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to keep it in its best condition.

A minimalist design with an optimised shape for a greater cooking surface, it's easy to maintain and heats up quickly. The hard-anodised pans have robust riveted stainless steel handles designed for comfortable holding.

Metal handles
Metal pan handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.
