Heavy-gauge aluminium
These pans won’t warp or wobble, they brown and sear to perfection, and add extra durability and scratch resistance. The 5mm heavy-gauge thickness delivers incredibly fast and even heating. Each is finished in a sophisticated colour inspired by the rustic and earthy tones found in Brescia, Italy.

Stay-flat base woven induction technology
Bands of stainless steel are tightly woven together then fused into a 5mm thick forged base to deliver maximum induction efficiency and high performance on all stovetops. The base stays flat and oil stays where you put it for better browning and frying.

Infinite8 ceramic non-stick
GreenPan's most state-of-the-art ceramic non-stick coating. It's metal utensil safe, dishwasher safe, and free of PFAS.

Plasma Tech
GreenPan uses a cutting-edge plasma laser to treat the cooking surface, making it unbelievably durable and boosting its non-stick release.

The weighted glass lids are designed with a belief that the lid should be an extension of the pan's body, not an accessory. The lids are made of tight-fitting tempered glass for strength, reinforced with stainless-steel rims that match each pan's body for a seamless look.

Dishwasher and oven safe
Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Oven and grill safe to 315°C. Lids are oven safe to 218°C.
